Prince George’s County is at a crossroads. While developers, tech oligarchs and some of our elected officials push for massive data center expansions on the Landover Mall site and across the county, we have to ask: at what cost?

In this video, I touch on the hype around data centers doesn’t match the reality of environmental destruction, strained infrastructure, and spiked electric bills for working families. We deserve development that serves us, not projects that line the pockets of big tech while we foot the bill.
