Investing in Our Neighbors: Marlboro Meadows Community Day! 🏡🌳

We’re excited to invite you all to join the team at the Marlboro Meadows Community Center on Saturday, May 30th, for a day dedicated to what matters most: our families and our shared future. This community day is all about family engagement, and connecting residents with the local resources we need to thrive.

Events like this are the heartbeat of District 9, which is why our campaign is proud to help sponsor this day, when we learned the community was struggling to afford their annual event. I believe that leadership starts with showing up and supporting the work already happening in our neighborhoods. We’ll be out there from 11:00 AM to 4:00 PM enjoying the food and activities, and I’ll be stationed in the candidate engagement area ready to have real conversations about how we build a Prince George’s County that finally puts people before developer profits.

Whether you want to talk about community-controlled development or how we can use the Fair Election Fund to ensure our government is accountable to us, I want to hear your vision. Let’s work together to make our community smart, strong, and proud.
